8 Week Private Usui Reiki I & II Training, Attunement, and Certification
Reiki is more than an attunement to receive or a certificate to collect.
The Reiki Path
It is a relationship with energy that develops through self-practice, sensitivity, discernment, ethical responsibility, and experience.
The Reiki Path is a private eight-week training for those who feel called to learn Reiki for their own healing and spiritual development and to offer it thoughtfully and responsibly to others.
Together, we will build a strong foundation in Usui Reiki, deepen your awareness of energy, and help you develop the practical skills and confidence to work with Reiki in everyday life.
Because this is private training, the experience is tailored to meet you where you are. We can spend more time on the concepts, practices, and questions most relevant to your spiritual path and the way you naturally experience energy.
Reiki Level I: Your Relationship With Reiki
Reiki I begins with you.
Before learning to hold healing space for others, you will establish a personal relationship with Reiki through attunement, self-practice, meditation, energetic awareness, and integration.
During Reiki I, you will:
-
Explore the fuller, more nuanced history of Reiki—including how the commonly repeated story of Mikao Usui and Mount Kurama differs across accounts and lineages
-
Learn the five Reiki principles and how they can support your everyday choices, relationships, and spiritual practice
-
Receive your Reiki I attunement according to my lineage
-
Learn Gassho meditation
-
Begin a structured 21-day self-Reiki and integration practice
-
Learn Byosen scanning and begin developing sensitivity in your hands to recognize areas that may be asking for attention
-
Learn 24 Western-style hand placements for self-Reiki and working with others
-
Practice grounding, centering, connecting, and energetically clearing yourself and your space
-
Explore consent, boundaries, and the role of the Reiki practitioner
-
Strengthen your awareness of how intuition may communicate through sensation, imagery, emotion, or direct knowing
-
Learn how to open, hold, and close a Reiki practice safely and intentionally
The 21-day practice is not about forcing a “cleansing” experience or expecting Reiki to feel a particular way. It gives you consistent time to recognize how Reiki moves through your unique system and begin grounding it into your daily life.
Reiki Level II: Deepening and Sharing the Practice
Reiki II expands your relationship with Reiki and prepares you to offer more complete sessions to others.
You will deepen your use of intention, learn the traditional symbols taught within my lineage, and explore how Reiki can be offered across distance and used to support emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual well-being.
During Reiki II, you will:
-
Receive your Reiki II attunement according to my lineage
-
Learn three traditional Reiki symbols and how each is used
-
Use the symbols to focus and deepen your Reiki practice
-
Learn how to offer Reiki across time and distance
-
Explore Reiki as complementary support for emotional healing and difficult experiences
-
Practice offering Reiki with sensitivity when emotions arise, without diagnosing, interpreting, or moving beyond your scope
-
Deepen your relationship with intuition and spiritual guidance
-
Learn how Reiki can be used intentionally with objects, food, environments, and future situations
-
Practice clearing and blessing rooms, objects, and personal spaces
-
Learn how to prepare for and offer a complete full-body Reiki session
-
Explore client consent, confidentiality, boundaries, and ethical communication
-
Learn how to speak about Reiki without promising outcomes or positioning it as a replacement for medical or mental-health care
-
Practice receiving feedback without becoming dependent upon external validation
