Your intuition may already be speaking. Learn how to recognize it.
Private instruction • Personalized practice • Six weeks of grounded intuition development
The Inner Knowing is a private six-week experience designed to help you understand how your intuition communicates, distinguish guidance from fear, and trust what you receive.
You do not need to become more like someone else to be intuitive.
You need to recognize the way intuition already moves through you.
Does this sound familiar?
You feel something before it happens, but dismiss it as coincidence.
An image, phrase, sensation, or knowing arrives and your mind immediately begins questioning it.
You absorb the emotions of people and environments, but you cannot always tell what belongs to you.
You have had intuitive or multidimensional experiences, yet part of you still wonders whether you imagined them.
You receive information clearly when it does not matter, but doubt yourself when the answer feels important.
You want to develop your intuition, but you do not want to become ungrounded, overly dependent on signs, or reliant on someone else to interpret your life.
If so, you may not need to “open” your intuition. You may need to understand its language.
Intuition is not a performance
Intuition is often taught as something dramatic: visions, voices, predictions, and extraordinary experiences.
Sometimes it is dramatic.
More often, it is subtle.
It may arrive as a physical sensation, a quiet knowing, a sudden image, an unexpected thought, a meaningful dream, an emotional shift, or an awareness that something is, or is not, right for you.
The difficulty is not always receiving the information.
The difficulty is recognizing it before fear, attachment, expectation, or overthinking changes it.
The Inner Knowing helps you build a grounded relationship with your intuition through private instruction, direct practice, personalized feedback, and discernment.
This is not about becoming impressive, predicting every outcome, or learning to receive information exactly as I do.
Your intuition does not need to look like mine. It needs to become recognizable to you.
What becomes possible
Over six weeks, you will learn to:
-
Recognize the ways your intuition already communicates
-
Identify your strongest intuitive channels without forcing yourself into labels
-
Receive information before immediately analyzing or dismissing it
-
Distinguish intuitive guidance from anxiety, projection, attachment, and wishful thinking
-
Recognize what belongs to you and what you may be sensing from others
-
Work with energetic sensitivity without treating other people or environments as dangerous
-
Practice receiving information with consent, humility, and responsibility
-
Use feedback as evidence without becoming dependent upon external validation
-
Bring intuition into real decisions while remaining grounded in practical information
-
Create a personal development practice you can continue independently
The goal is not certainty about everything.
The goal is a more honest, discerning, and trusting relationship with yourself.
Your private six-week journey
The framework gives us a clear sequence of skills to develop, while the instruction and exercises are personalized around your abilities, questions, and pace.
Week 1: Recognize Your Intuitive Baseline
We begin by exploring your existing relationship with intuition.
Together, we will look at:
-
Experiences you may already recognize as intuitive
-
The ways information tends to reach you
-
Beliefs, fears, or expectations affecting your trust
-
The difference between developing intuition and performing intuition
-
Your intentions for the six weeks
-
A baseline practice for tracking what you receive
You will leave with a clearer understanding of where you are beginning and what we are developing together.
Week 2: Receive Your Intuitive Language
We explore the many ways intuitive information can appear, including imagery, sound, sensation, emotion, symbolism, dreams, and direct knowing.
You will practice:
-
Recognizing your primary and supporting intuitive channels
-
Receiving before interpreting
-
Noticing the first impression before the mind edits it
-
Working with both subtle and obvious information
-
Recording information without needing to prove it immediately
Your intuition will not be ranked against anyone else's. We are learning its natural vocabulary.
Week 3: Discern Intuition, Fear, or Desire?
Receiving information is only part of intuitive development. Discernment is what makes the information useful.
We will explore:
-
How intuition may feel different from anxiety and mental looping
-
Information versus interpretation
-
Projection, attachment, confirmation bias, and wishful thinking
-
The influence of learned patterns, past experience, and emotional investment
-
When to pause rather than act
-
How to test information without demanding absolute certainty
You will begin creating a personal discernment process based on how your own system communicates.
Week 4: Differentiate What Is Yours?
Sensitive people often receive information through their bodies and emotions. Without discernment, that sensitivity can feel overwhelming.
You will learn to:
-
Recognize your baseline emotional and energetic state
-
Notice when you may be responding to someone else's experience
-
Return to your center without fear-based protection practices
-
Establish boundaries around intuitive access
-
Work with empathy without taking responsibility for everyone around you
-
Close the intuitive process intentionally
The goal is not to become impenetrable. It is to remain connected to yourself while being perceptive.
Week 5: Practice, Receive, Interpret, Communicate
This week turns awareness into applied practice.
We will work with:
-
Setting clear intentions and asking useful questions
-
Receiving information without forcing an answer
-
Separating the original information from your interpretation
-
Communicating what you perceive with humility and care
-
Consent and appropriate boundaries
-
Receiving feedback without treating it as a verdict on your ability
-
Recognizing when not to offer intuitive information
You will receive direct, compassionate feedback while we practice together.
Week 6: Trust, Integrate and Continue
In our final week, we review what you have learned about your intuitive language and identify the conditions that help you receive most clearly.
Together, we will:
-
Review your evidence and recurring patterns
-
Identify remaining trust blocks
-
Refine your personal discernment process
-
Discuss using intuition alongside logic, evidence, and professional guidance
-
Establish ethical commitments and boundaries
-
Create your personalized continuation plan
The program ends with a clearer understanding of how your intuition speaks and a grounded plan for continuing without dependence upon me.

Why learn with Shannon?
I grew up in a world where intuition, energy, meditation, tarot, the elements, and the unseen were part of everyday life.
I also know what it is to stop trusting what you perceive.
My own path required me to understand the difference between sensitivity and discernment, information and interpretation, spiritual guidance and surrendered authority.
Today, my work is informed by:
-
More than a decade of professional intuitive and energetic practice
-
Thousands of client readings and healing sessions
-
A double master's degree in Cognitive Science and Social Psychology
-
Four years of doctoral study in Ecological Community Psychology
-
Advanced training in the Akashic Records
-
Reiki Master Teacher training
-
Certification in Crystalline Soul Healing
-
Years of personal healing, shadow work, teaching, and multidimensional exploration
My professional and academic background helps me ask grounded questions about perception, cognition, projection, and pattern recognition. My intuitive experience helps me work with what cannot always be reduced to an intellectual explanation.
But this program is not about making your intuition resemble mine.
I am here to help you recognize your own experience, test what you receive, and develop a relationship with your inner knowing that is both expansive and grounded.
Deep soul work. Grounded guidance. Your Spiritual BFF.

The Inner Knowing is a structured private training program. We follow a six-week curriculum focused on recognition, receiving, discernment, energetic differentiation, applied practice, and independent development.

The Remembering is a nine-week multidimensional mentorship rather than an intuition course. It is designed for exploring recurring patterns, healing, identity, relationships, spiritual experiences, decisions, and the challenge of embodying what you already know.
Choose The Remembering when your primary goal is life transformation rather than learning intuitive skills.
The Inner Knowing teaches you to work with your intuition.
The Remembering helps you work with your life.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have intuitive experience?
No. You may arrive with years of unusual or intuitive experiences, or simply a quiet sense that you perceive more than you understand. We begin with your actual experience rather than assuming what intuition should look like.
Is this a psychic certification?
No. This is a private development experience focused on recognition, practice, discernment, ethics, and self-trust. You will receive a personalized continuation plan, but this is not a professional credential.
Will I learn about the clairs?
Yes, but the clairs are a framework, not identities you must force yourself into. We will explore how information reaches you through images, words, sensations, emotions, dreams, symbols, and direct knowing.
What if I cannot tell intuition from anxiety?
That is one of the central reasons this experience exists. We will explore how each operates in your system and build a personal discernment process. No process eliminates all uncertainty; the goal is greater recognition and more responsible decision-making.
Will you tell me whether every message I receive is correct?
No. Constant validation would work against the purpose of the experience. I will help you examine the original information, your interpretation, your emotional investment, and any available feedback so you can build discernment.
Is there work between sessions?
Yes. Expect at least 20 minutes of focused practice several times each week. Intuition develops through experience and reflection, not information alone.
Can this help me become a professional reader?
It can strengthen foundational intuitive skills, but it is not professional practitioner certification or business training. I would recommend additional work in ethics, facilitation, client care, scope, and supervised practice.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes, private sessions may be recorded for your personal review with mutual consent. Recordings are not to be shared or for redistribution.
Is this therapy or medical care?
No. This experience is educational and spiritual in nature. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional care.
